Advocating for people is what we do.  At the core of who we are as a church, we believe God has called us to run toward the injustices of the world.  From under-resourced  schools, the homeless, and, human trafficking to the lack of safe drinking water, poverty, and the global refugee crisis, we feel called to engage. We are invested locally right here in our backyard, regionally in our county, and globally around the world to make a difference in the name of Jesus.

Living Water Guatemala currently works along the Pacific coast of Guatemala. Each year, Living Water hosts groups from North America to make generational change through the gift of safe water and through the grace of the living water that is Jesus. Team members will use an LS300 or a LS400 drill rig with our in-country drillers and work alongside our hygiene team teaching proper sanitation techniques and Bible stories. Our hope is that during the trip you will make meaningful relationships, experience a slower pace of life, and witness the faithfulness of God, returning home transformed.

We are partnering with schools and churches in Villa Park to provide caring adults to invest in children's lives. We run an after school program for 3rd graders at Schafer to help them get up to grade levels. And mentoring and lunch bunches for other students where we put a caring adult in their lives once a week.
