Our ministry creates a transformational experience through sports that provides both loving community and excellent development to high school athletes. This process breaks the cycle of poverty in our community by equipping young leaders with the skills to make and keep the next great commitments of their lives.

By making football a commitment to be kept, we hold the players to a high standard and equip them to keep their commitment. We provide regular feedback on their development and give opportunities within the program for leadership that is a dress rehearsal for the next commitments of their lives – college, family, and career.

92% of our last three graduating classes remain on track to graduate college or trade school compared to just 38% from 2018-2021.

We accomplish this ministry through a variety of different programs:

1. Transformational Football
   The year-round training schedule and fall season combine loving community with excellent development to provide our guys with a transformational experience that helps them make and keep the next great commitment of their lives.

2. SLAM – Sports Mentorship Night
   We invite our players into spaces like SLAM where they can begin to know God through His word and in relationship with mentors.

3. Weekly Bible Study
   After eating a family-style meal, we make space for students to grow in their walk with God by studying His word and applying it to their lives.

4. Spring + Summer Leadership Retreats
   Regular retreats give us a chance for intentional leadership development and to walk life on life with our students as we help them grow in their discipleship.
