Our Ministry
Rich works as the U.S. and Asia Area Director. He serves the country leaders by providing leadership, helps, networking, guidance, and more. Pray for him as he also has been tasked with creating a Leadership Development team for OC. Marla is serving all of OC as the Senior Director of Personnel. She provides guidance and leadership for our global body of missionaries. Recruitment, Member Care, MK (missionary kid) and Family care, Training, and several other ministries are all part of her team.

Rich and Marla Henderson have been with One Challenge since 1997 and served in the Philippines for almost 23 years! They are both passionate about coming along side missionaries and national Christian leaders and helping them accomplish what God has called them to do globally. Rich and Marla are based in Colorado Springs but are working and ministering globally to assist the body of Christ in completing the great commission. They have four adult children, Garrett, Sadie, Tristan, and Cameron.
