Complete this form before your first Sunday visit to add your family to our check-in system. Pre-registering will help make your arrival quicker.

Please add each child or student who may participate in Parkview Kids or Parkview Students. When you arrive, stop by the kids lobby area, and one of our team members will help you complete check-in and find the right room for everyone in your family.

Middle School Sunday Mornings
Sundays at 9:00 AM | Grades 6–8

Built for middle schoolers. Students hang out, play games, worship together, hear a message made for them, and head into small groups where they can build friendships, ask questions, and grow in their faith.

High School Breakfast Club
Sundays at 9:00 AM | Grades 9–12

Breakfast Club is our high school Sunday morning space to eat breakfast, build community, open the Bible, and talk about real life and faith with leaders who care. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and a great place to grow alongside friends.

Middle School Night
Select Sundays | 5:30–7:30 PM | Grades 6–8

Middle School Night is a place to let loose and belong. Students share pizza, worship together, hear a message built just for them, connect in small groups, and finish the night with games and plenty of fun. It’s a place to be known, build friendships, and take real next steps in faith.

High School One Night
Select Sundays | 5:30–7:30 PM | Grades 9–12

One Night brings everything together for high schoolers in one evening: dinner, worship, engaging teaching, games, small groups, and time with friends. It’s a space for high school students to belong, invite friends, have real conversations, and grow in their faith.
